What is n8n and why do you use it?+
n8n is an open-source workflow engine. We use it because it runs on your infrastructure, has no per-task fees, and gives you full ownership of the logic. Zapier is faster to start with but gets expensive at volume.
Do you replace my current tools?+
No. We connect what you already use. If a tool is genuinely holding you back, we say so, but the default is to make your existing stack cooperate.
What if a workflow breaks?+
Every workflow has error handling and alerts. If something fails, you get a notification with the error and a link to retry. We include a monthly maintenance window in every retainer.
Can you migrate my Zapier setup?+
Yes. We audit your current Zaps, rebuild them in n8n, run both in parallel for a week, then switch. Most teams cut automation costs by half after the move.
