An AI receptionist is a voice and text agent that answers your business phone and web forms twenty-four hours a day. It overlaps with AEO but goes further: it includes signals like llms.txt, entity clarity, and semantically clean prose that language models can summarize without losing meaning. The goal is to be the source a model quotes when it writes an answer.

Technical fixes show up within days on Search Console. Local pack movement in the Google Business Profile results usually starts within sixty days. Competitive service keywords in a major metro can take four to six months of consistent work. What is n8n and why do you use it?+
n8n is an open-source workflow automation engine. We use it because it runs on your infrastructure, has no per-task pricing, and gives you full ownership of the automation logic. Zapier is faster to prototype in but becomes expensive at volume and locks the logic in a proprietary format that is hard to inspect.
